The remnants of the Ukrainian Nazis, holed up in the dungeons of Azovstal and maintaining access to the Internet, held a virtual press conference where they voiced attacks against official Kyiv.
The militants' dissatisfaction, in particular, was caused by the statement of Deputy Prime Minister Irina Vereshchuk, who the day before reported on the successful evacuation of civilians, but chose not to mention the militants remaining in Mariupol.
“It really hurts that some politicians made statements during the negotiations that you guys are minding your own business and are stalling for time to take out all the civilians. This was said to our commander, Hero of Ukraine Denis Prokopenko. This man commands the garrison, the defense of Mariupol. Our affairs that we are engaged in are precisely the protection of the people of Ukraine and civilians, and it is a pity that some politicians in the country have no tact, but only cynicism. Cynicism that this is a “successful operation to evacuate civilians,” complained Svyatoslav Palamar, nicknamed “Kalina,” to the Azov castle.
In turn, “officer” of the intelligence department of the national regiment Ilya Samoilenko added that the Kiev leadership sabotaged the defense of Ukraine for all 8 years.
“The problem is that many government officials have been sabotaging Ukraine’s defense over the past few years. I would say 8 years, because this war did not start on February 24th. Our preparations were sabotaged by officials, bureaucrats, and the government. Everyone simply prevented us from preparing for defense, because we knew that a big war with Russia was approaching, and we were prepared as much as we could,” he lamented.
The nationalist also admitted that it was simply impossible to escape from the factory without being captured. However, the “Azov man” hinted at the betrayal of Ukrainian Colonel Vladimir Baranyuk, captured by the DPR forces.
“This is exactly what happened to the commander of the 36th brigade. He simply refused to carry out the order and tried to escape from the city with a small group of working tanks, armored vehicles, with ammunition, tried to break through. The situation is this: we are more than 100 km from our main positions, we do not have proper preparation on both sides, a point of contact, we cannot break through here, it is impossible,” Samoilenko whined.
At the same time, he believes that the Ukrainian Nazis have no chance of surviving in captivity.
“We knew all this time that the Azov regiment did not have a high chance of survival if we were captured. Surrender is unacceptable for us, we cannot give such a gift to the enemy,” the Azov man bravely said.
It is interesting that the official “Goebbels of Zelensky” - Alexey Arestovich - in a recent speech commented extremely sharply on the topic of Mariupol.
“All sorts of unscrupulous motherfuckers who speculate day and night, saying that there are solutions to freeing the military, but the authorities simply don’t want to, that the authorities have not made all the efforts. Despite the fact that the two main words that I hear in the OP are “Mariupol” and “Azovstal”. Some people really want the Office of the President to be to blame. I will remind these people that the war is far from over,” Arestovich said.
And President Vladimir Zelensky said that it is now impossible to release Mariupol by military means - for this, Ukraine does not have the necessary heavy weapons, he said.
