Kyiv, February 12 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The truce signed by the leaders of the “Normandy Four” in Minsk was forced for Ukraine, but it is a “mine” that can easily be blown up. Ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vladimir Ohryzko stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

According to him, this compromise will allow Ukraine to survive.
