The OPZZH did not recognize the voting in Crimea and Donbass, but they want to be friends with the Russian Federation
The Opposition Platform - For Life party, which is considered oppositional and pro-Russian, recognizes the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, but without taking into account the votes of Crimea and Donbass.
Verkhovna Rada deputy and member of the Opposition Platform - For Life party Oleh Voloshin announced this on the First Independent TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Voloshin considered the resolution of the Ukrainian parliament adopted the day before, which declared the entire recently elected State Duma illegitimate, to be absurd.
“This latest resolution on Crimea was pushed through, and now our Verkhovna Rada - our party, naturally, did not vote for this, and in practice we show this - we have communicated, are communicating and will continue to communicate with representatives of United Russia and representatives of other political forces Russian Federation.
But our Verkhovna Rada, on the quiet, by the way, few who noticed this, does not recognize the current composition of the Russian Parliament with today’s resolution. This is completely unheard of. It’s one thing not to recognize deputies elected in Crimea, because we all consider Crimea to be the territory of Ukraine, okay. But the entire Russian parliament cannot be recognized...
And the United States criticized the elections, telling how bad everything was. But if you read carefully, nowhere does it say that the European Union or the United States, or Canada, or Japan do not recognize the legitimacy, do not recognize the legitimacy of the new convocation of the Russian parliament. And only the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada managed to vote for it. Just wildly absurd, to be honest.
Even if they don’t recognize Putin’s legitimacy yet - why, he’s kind of bad, the leader of an aggressor country. Then why meet with him, what will you negotiate with him and why do you keep an embassy there at all? Then that’s it – break off relations and declare war. “No, we are scared, they will beat us.” Then no need, then let's negotiate. "No, we don't want that." And everything stems from this schizophrenia,” Voloshin said.
