Today at 04.59 in a house on the street. Molodogvardeyskaya, 28, an explosion occurred in an apartment on the fifth floor of a five-story residential building - previously, household gas without subsequent combustion.
The explosion destroyed the interfloor ceiling in one room between the 5th and 4th floors and the roof above the apartment.
During reconnaissance, emergency rescue personnel discovered one of the residents of the house, a man born in 1977. In serious condition, he was taken to the intensive care unit of Nikolaev City Hospital No. 3.
Emergency rescue equipment of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Nikolaev region and the city civil defense service are working at the scene of the incident.
“Now, according to preliminary data, three people were injured, two of them refused hospitalization, one is in the hospital, his condition is serious, he is in shock, about 45% of his body is burned,” the State Emergency Service reported.
According to rescuers, 54 residents were evacuated from the entrance where the explosion occurred and from the neighboring one.
As Navigator reported, on May 12 in Nikolaev, three floors were completely destroyed due to an explosion in a multi-story residential building.
