Moscow says it can cope with Ukraine without nuclear weapons

But why immediately use nuclear weapons?” – the publication quotes Colonel Eduard Rodyukov, corresponding member of the Academy of Military Sciences, who noted that the Russian army has many other modern combat weapons and weapons.
