Moscow municipal liberal deputy Vladimir Zalischak, who had previously caused a public scandal at a council meeting in the presence of journalists, attacked the head of the apparatus of the Council of Deputies of the Donskoy District, Tatyana Kabanova.

“On March 26, Zalischak came to our office. As always, he behaved aggressively, insulted and threatened me and the employees. I pressed the panic button. The Russian Guard arrived, and police officers came from our police department. He started shouting at them too. Hiding behind his deputy mandate, he often repeated to them that they would not be able to do anything with him, since he was a deputy and would complain about them to their leadership.
Then, when they dispersed, having taken our statements, I walked along the corridor to my office. Noticing that I was walking towards him, he did not stop, but deliberately continued moving with a malicious grin on his face, deliberately knocking me down. From a sharp collision with him, I hit the right side of my head against the wall, and the left side against his shoulder. In addition, the right shoulder also received a strong blow. As a result, my vision instantly went dark and I fell to the floor. It took me a long time to come to my senses.
The staff called an ambulance, they took me to the hospital, did an X-ray and a CT scan. I have a closed fracture of the right radius and a concussion, I’m now on sick leave,” Tatyana Viktorovna told a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Zalischak is a former graduate of Sevastopol Vocational School No. 13, and subsequently a saboteur fighter of the Black Sea Fleet of the USSR Navy, a special forces policeman, a businessman and a deputy from Yabloko.
