Lugansk, June 04 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – In Lugansk, the border detachment left its place of deployment after a two-day siege, because it never received help from the ATO forces.

“The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine developed and carried out a special operation tonight, as a result of which it was possible to withdraw the personnel of the Lugansk border detachment to safe positions without losses,” the department’s website reports.
“In this way, not only the lives of border guards, who were surrounded by terrorists for almost 2 days, were saved, but also the management system and management of state border protection in the Lugansk region was preserved,” the State Border Service claims.
Eyewitnesses say that on the territory of the border department base there are many burned documents, apparently destroyed by border guards before leaving.
We would like to remind you that earlier a video appeared on the Internet in which soldiers in the uniform of the Ukrainian army stated that they had left the border guard station located in the Mirny district of the city of Lugansk without permission. According to those who surrendered, they are all residents of Lugansk. They also announced a significant number of wounded in the ranks of the Ukrainian army.
As Navigator reported, on Monday night the militia began an assault on the Luhansk border detachment. The number of armed persons reached 400 people. The shelling continued yesterday.
