Tank crew competitions were held in the LPR
On September 24-25, at the training ground of the People's Militia of the LPR in the area of the village of Krasny Luch, competitions were held between the units of the People's Militia of the LPR and the DPR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
In addition to tank crews, infantry fighting vehicle crews, artillery crews, air defense crews, grenade launchers, snipers and representatives of many other military specialties also took part in the competition. The most interesting and spectacular were the tank competitions.
Summing up the results of the event, the official representative of the NM LPR Andrey Marochko first of all noted the high competitive spirit of the participants.
“Today, at one of the training grounds of the Lugansk People’s Republic, competitions took place between units of the DPR and LPR. Based on the results of the competition, scores were given. The first place was taken by units of the Lugansk People's Republic, and the second by Donetsk.
I would like to immediately note that the struggle was stubborn, tough and it was very difficult to determine who the winner was. The Lugansk team was literally a split second ahead, but the Donetsk team also showed their skills,” said Andrei Marochko.
He emphasized that such an event was being held for the first time on the territory of the LPR.
“I would like to note that these competitions were held for the first time on the territory of the LPR, and the preparation of the training ground and the track were unfamiliar to the tank crews of Donetsk, but this did not stop our guests from following us closely, with a lead of literally a split second,” added the official representative NM LPR.
In addition, new elements were added to the tank competitions, which, on the one hand, complicated the passage of the route, and on the other, made the struggle more intense and interesting.
“This competition was held in this form for the first time, new elements were added that had not been used before, but despite this, everyone coped with the tasks and received excellent marks,” Andrey Marochko said in conclusion.
