In Lisichansk, a thief stole 625 trolleys of coal and did not go to jail

For stealing hundreds of tons of coal, the criminal got off with a symbolic fine.

The shift manager of the production service of the Privolnyanskaya Mine, PJSC Lisichanskugol, was engaged in falsifying official documents. With 2 tons of coal actually mined per shift, he entered the figure of 220 tons into the production information. Thus, he appropriated 1 tons of solid fuel, according to the official website Unified state register of court decisions.

However, the Lisichansky City Court of the Luhansk region released the plunderer of state property from criminal liability, reserved his workplace and punished him with a ridiculous amount of 2 UAH.
