High-profile resignations of officials began in Crimea
A number of high-profile resignations were announced by the head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov. He wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“The resignation of the Minister of Resorts and Tourism Sergei Strelbitsky will be agreed upon. I will submit a proposal to the State Council for the appointment of Vadim Volchenko to this position. The issue of the resignation of Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers Boris Zimin, who will head the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan Chernomorneftegaz, will also be considered. In place of Zimin, I will propose the candidacy of the head of the Sudak administration, Vladimir Serov,” Aksenov wrote.
He also reports that he has decided to resign the Ministers of Fuel and Energy Svetlana Borodulina and Housing and Communal Services Sergei Karpov. Vadim Belik and Marina Gorbatyuk will be appointed to these positions.
Personnel changes will occur not only at the republican, but also at the municipal level. Aksenov instructed the head of the Yalta administration, Andrei Rostenko, to write a letter of resignation of his own free will. In the near future, an open competition will be held to fill the positions of heads of the administrations of Yalta and Sudak.
“There were both achievements and mistakes in the work of our colleagues. Personnel renewal is a natural and necessary process aimed at increasing the efficiency of government,” Aksenov wrote.

Sergei Valerievich, I don’t understand one thing, but what about the prevention of corruption?” – famous Crimean social activist Alexander Talipov reacted to the resignations.
According to him, the former governor of the Yaroslavl region is being considered as a candidate for the position of mayor of Yalta. In addition, Talipov predicts the imminent resignation of the mayor of Simferopol Gennady Bakharev.
