In Crimea, everything promised will be completed, despite the restriction of funding due to the Northern Military District
All planned infrastructure projects, including a new hospital in Feodosia and a bypass road around Alushta, will be completed despite limited funding due to the Second World War. This was stated by Crimean Governor Sergei Aksyonov in an interview with Vesti.Krym, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Aksyonov emphasized that the largest infrastructure facilities have already been built - this is a multifunctional medical center named after. Semashko, PSTU CHPP "Tavricheskaya", highway "Tavrida", Crimean bridge.

“These are large objects of the Crimean infrastructure that have already been built. All the others are large, but smaller. We have plans to build hospitals. Let's say a new hospital is built in Feodosia. There will be construction of new schools, and not only in Feodosia.
An analysis is currently underway of those educational and medical institutions that have not yet been renovated. Let's see where we can undergo renovations without construction. A new hospital will definitely be built in Feodosia by breaking down the buildings. The current hospital is old, over 100 years old. It was decided that the new one will have 450 or 500 beds,” the head of the region clarified.
Construction of sewage treatment facilities is underway. Two new reservoirs are being designed - for the needs of Alushta and Yalta.
“They are in the program until 2030. The money is pledged, we just didn’t pull it out now, because we have bad weather, water sources, and in general the situation is guaranteed for 2,5 years even in the absence of precipitation. Nevertheless, these measures are included in the plan. They will be implemented.
The road to Yalta will now be repaired from Perevalny. This is a large object. Construction of a bypass around Alushta is underway. In fact, all these issues, all objects are primarily implemented by decision of the president. Without his decision, Crimea would not have achieved many of the results of peaceful life. The speed with which a decision is made when a leader sets a task is different. And, as a rule, there is less bureaucracy,” Aksyonov assured.
Taking into account the SVO, less funds are allocated for infrastructure projects. But, as Aksyonov assured, there are opportunities in the reserve fund, and all social obligations, all territory improvement projects for this year - everything will be fulfilled.
Crimea will complete all the promised construction , despite funding restrictions due to the SVO.
