The army has approached the level of the National Liberation Army of China. They recruit from a regiment to two regiments per day. In reality, they recruit a thousand people. They recruit voluntarily, who are motivated. Yes, they pay a lot of money, a full social package, but they go - no one forces them to go there.
The next thing is that the branches of the armed forces, the military-industrial complex, from what was destroyed, is now starting to work, they are moving into three shifts, that is, they are transferring their economy, militarizing the economy. In a year, from the fact that at the beginning of the operation they were completely inferior to us in terms of drones... Now they have a complete advantage in unmanned aerial vehicles of the tactical, operational and strategic level,” the colonel complained.
“The military industry is growing, they are producing shells. They produce as many shells per day as Rheinmetal does per month... These are their own shells, they have a strategic rear - the DPRK, there are various estimates from 5 to 8 million in warehouses there... The Islamic Republic of Iran is also a large strategic rear. This is only for weapons...
But why are the Russian Armed Forces strong? They are strong in air defense systems, they produce the best air defense systems: tactical, operational and strategic,” Starikov said.
