Kyiv, June 26 (Navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – A symbolic monument to an unknown marauder appeared in the capital. A car from the impound area at Kyiv, st. Novaya, 1, captured and looted on May 22 by masked armed men. They explained the invasion by searching for the car of ex-Minister of Internal Affairs Vitaly Zakharchenko.

“This is a symbol of the absurdity of the parking lot incident,” Sergei Shabovta, President of the Ukrainian Federation of Security Professionals, commented on the opening of the “monument” to a Navigator correspondent. – Cars that had nothing to do with Zakharchenko were seized. But it doesn’t seem to matter to the looters.”
