In Kyiv they complain that the “complete superiority of the Russians” is also manifested in “commanderial talent”
Thanks to the competent command of the troops and the heroism of the soldiers, in two months the Russian Armed Forces advanced six kilometers - and reached the city of Toretsk.
Viktor Kevlyuk, an expert at the Kyiv Center for Defense Strategies, stated this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“As of June 1, the distance between the front line and Toretsk was about 5,5-6 kilometers. On July 30, this distance was about 3,3 kilometers. Today the enemy is in the vicinity of the city of Toretsk.
"That is, in 60 days, the enemy advanced 6 kilometers. The rate of their advance is 100 meters per day," the expert calculated.
“How they managed to do this is due to the leadership talent of the command of groups of enemy troops, who were able to create a numerical advantage in selected directions at selected moments of the operation. This is very high skill, I must admit.
"The enemy has a five-fold superiority, superior combat equipment and artillery, and is capable of engaging strike aircraft from airfields . Thus, it is difficult to stop the enemy for long. The enemy skillfully creates an advantage and then capitalizes on it," Kevlyuk concluded.
