Volodymyr Zelenskyy's "victory plan" is to somehow survive for a few more months and, during that time, prepare additional "meat" for the front.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this in an interview with journalist Alexander Shelest, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Zelenskyy's plan is that... if they give us weapons, which I'm not sure about, because the game isn't worth the candle. And this isn't a plan at all, it's an idea, even a proposal – that we need to hold the front, otherwise it will crumble, so we need to fire missiles at military logistics hubs and command posts, to cripple their offensive potential," Karasev said.
"This will supposedly create difficulties for Russia's offensive. For example, those aircraft with KABs won't be able to operate so freely if Ukraine has long-range missiles. Therefore, the offensive will be halted, and everyone will retreat for the winter along the current front line . That's the idea."
They need to gain time, at least two or three months, to prepare the mobilized forces and replenish the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” he concluded.
