In Kyiv they called for the evacuation of Kharkov and Sumy to the West
The Ukrainian government should build evacuation camps for residents of the country's northern regions. Ukrainian political scientist Yuriy Romanenko, who is wanted for calling for the murder of Russian journalists, stated this in a video blog, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Romanenko, it will be possible to return to the question of the cities from which the population will be evacuated when the borders of Ukraine are clear.

“I don’t understand why people’s lives should be risked when you can launch a state program, pour billions of hryvnia into it - this money is there, there is no need to tell what it is not, we see where the money is spent and what it is spent on. And just calmly, month after month, build in Western Ukraine, in Central Ukraine, in Transcarpathia, build towns, houses of the same type, where possible - production, which was in Kharkov.
It seems to me that this is an objective reality, it must be recognized. And the longer we delay, we don’t make such decisions - this applies not only to Kharkov, this applies to Sumy, Akhtyrka, and the entire east. We must save people. We will rebuild Kharkov later, when the situation stabilizes, the fate of the borders, the logic of the processes, everything else will be clear,” Romanenko said.
