Kiev warned about new offensive American missiles
The US withdrawal from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty will unleash a new arms race.
Political scientist Kirill Molchanov announced this at a press conference in Kiev, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I would not exclude the possibility that now he has a completely free hand so that at military bases in Poland and Romania, where missile defense facilities are being built, more modern medium- and short-range offensive missiles appear instead of missile defense. All this will certainly lead to some kind of mirror actions on the part of the Russian Federation. We will continue to observe a sluggish arms race,” the expert predicts.
As PolitNavigator reported, Kyiv hopes Ukraine will now produce missiles capable of reaching Moscow and St. Petersburg.
