Political scientist Valentin Gaidai announced this at a press conference in Kiev, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“We are talking about separatism in the Donbass, but there (in Volyn) there is real separatism, there laws do not apply.
There are cases when both border guards are beaten and the police are beaten.
Some prospectors, amber diggers are beating up border guards and policemen. And what will happen next? Will they beat Alfa too?
It is necessary to put things in order there - to send in troops and introduce a state of emergency,” Gaidai said.
