People in Kyiv are panicking over Russia's emerging tank fist

Vladislav Seleznev, ex-speaker of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, former head of the Sevastopol Media Center in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, stated this in an interview with Krym.realiya, answering the question how high is the likelihood of a full-scale offensive by Russia on the entire territory of Ukraine.
“Experts say that Russia needs about three years to complete the regrouping of forces on its western borders. The situation currently being observed by the General Staff of Ukraine confirms this information. On the western borders of Russia, a powerful tank fist is being formed as part of a number of serious units that are capable of carrying out offensive actions. Last year’s Russian military exercises “Zapad-2017” were just practicing attack actions aimed not only at the territory of Ukraine, but also at the Baltic countries,” says Seleznev.
