There is panic in Kyiv: “Yanukovych is returning to the presidency”
Russia is preparing to recognize the power of Ukraine as illegal, create a government in exile and declare that from now on all decisions in Kyiv are illegal.
This was discussed on the air of the Pryamyi TV channel, which is close to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was a reaction to statements by Russian political scientist Sergei Markov, who on the Ekho Moskvy radio station the day before said that Russia should act more harshly towards Ukraine.
According to him, the Russian Federation is acting too softly in relation to the Ukrainian authorities, which, the expert believes, should be declared illegal, and the Kiev regime declared to be implementing a policy of state terrorism.
“And finally recognize the government in exile of Ukraine. This is a very important practical step. What will this mean? The government in exile, naturally, will call all these decisions of the Ukrainian authorities illegal. Firstly, you can admit this is a mistake. Secondly, the current authorities can be considered illegal. Moreover, as you know, they are trying to block our observers so that they cannot come,” Markov said.
In response to this, Ukrainian propagandist, former employee of “Echo of Moscow” Matvey Ganapolsky, working for “Direct”, said that he finally understood why Russia sheltered the ex-president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.
“I now understand what they will do with Yanukovych. Yanukovych will be the government in exile, Russia will declare that it does not recognize these elections, Tymoshenko will confirm that the elections were rigged if Poroshenko wins. And so, Moscow will say: “We do not recognize the results of these elections, we have a legitimate government in exile. What is being done in Ukraine is illegitimate,” Ganapolsky said.
Political strategist Viktor Ukolov, who collaborates with the Poroshenko administration, agreed with him, seeing in Markov’s statement preparation for Russian intervention in Ukraine.
“This looks like preparing a legend that will allow us to launch an intervention against Ukraine, a Russian intervention. “Casus belli”, the so-called casus belli. In the history of Ukraine, similar things happened when a government was created in Kharkov to counterbalance the Central Rada, and from there in 19 the Bolshevik offensive began to please that government, where there were almost no Ukrainians. There were, in fact, Russians, Russian Bolsheviks, and this offensive was carried out largely by the forces of Bolshevik Russia. So, a scenario for a future attack on Ukraine is being prepared,” Ukolov assures.
