Kiev is not giving up hope of looking at the “disintegration” of Russia from the outside
Russia is moving towards a new arms race with the West, which will ultimately lead to its collapse.
Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vladimir Ogryzko stated this on air on the UA: First TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Several arms limitation treaties are now ending. Of course, it ends because Russia violates them. How can the United States respond to such a violation? They also begin to develop their systems, and as a result, the road to an arms race opens. True, Moscow does not want to understand that this is the beginning of their own end. Because, if you remember the history of the USSR, it collapsed only because it could not withstand the economic competition with the West. And if you spend a lot of money on weapons, then you are actually slowing down your economic development.
Thus, if Putin now enters into a clinch with the States and a serious, full-scale arms race actually begins, this will be a precursor to what ended up in the Soviet Union. Well, if he makes such a choice, I think we won’t object,” Ogryzko said.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Ohryzko threatened Russia with Ukrainian missiles that could reach Moscow.
