This happened on Saturday, September 24, while inspectors were checking the fares of passengers on trolleybus route No. 26.
During the inspection, a team of inspectors found a passenger without a ticket who refused to pay the fine, so he was asked to get off at the nearest stop.
“Passenger transport controllers (crew of 3 people) and the passenger got off at the same stop - st. Stetsenko,” where the passenger “sprayed” an unknown mixture into the face of one of the controllers, after which he hit him on the head with a heavy object,” the report says.
Passengers called an ambulance and the Kyiv police. The injured controller was hospitalized.
