An attack on Debaltsevo was announced in Kyiv
The Ukrainian army will try to return the DPR-controlled city of Debaltsevo. The new battles will be even more fierce than in 2015. Ex-ATO participant from the National Guard Sergei Gumenyuk said this on air on the Avers TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“There will be Debaltsevo-2, and the fight there will be tougher. We will still take our Debaltsevo. The best thing is that there are good commanders, and they organize an offensive, so that everything is according to intelligence reports, go on a counter-offensive and knock them out of there. I think there must be political will.
They surrendered Debaltsevo, then the Ilovaisky pocket, Volnovakha, what did they do there, why did the Russian troops kill our guys? Exactly the same in Debaltsevo. If you go, then it’s good to go to get to Moscow,” summed up the ex-ATS soldier.
Let us remind you that in 2014 the city of Debaltsevo fell into the zone of armed conflict in Donbass. The city finally came under the control of the DPR on February 18, 2015, after the formation of the “Debaltsevo cauldron” and the battles of the militia with units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which destroyed the largest railway junction before the retreat, which was later restored by the forces of the republic.
