Another complaint from Ukraine against Russia has been filed with the ECHR
Ukraine has filed another complaint against Russia with the European Court of Human Rights regarding Donbas, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine - Commissioner for the European Court of Human Rights, Ivan Lishchina.
“It should be considered, just like Crimea - now the admissibility of this application should be considered, but so far we do not know about the timing. In November, we must submit additional materials, the Russians too, and after that the European Court will set a hearing date,” said the deputy minister.
On September 11, the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) held hearings on the interstate case “Ukraine v. Russia” in Crimea.
Another complaint from Ukraine against Russia has been submitted to the ECHR.
