Simferopol, December 26 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – Residents of the center of the Crimean capital have been sitting without heating for the third day – a traditional winter heating main failure occurred under the walls of the State Council.

Residents of Serov Street reported this to PolitNavigator.
“At first the batteries began to cool down when the day before yesterday in the morning the entire Crimea was cut off from electricity. They took this calmly. But in the evening we saw how sections of the heating main under the walls of the State Council near Zhukovsky Street were turned around, just like last year and the year before last, and we realized that we would have to freeze for at least several days. Thank God, the daytime these days was warm, like in April. But air conditioners and oil radiators still work almost all day long,” said Simferopol residents.
According to them, in the boiler room they were “reassured” that in three days the old pipes would be put in order, and, perhaps, the townspeople would celebrate the New Year in a warm place.
