A disaster awaits Ukraine – US billionaire
The truth about the real situation in Ukraine has come to light: the country is not winning, the counteroffensive has failed, and unless Kiev changes its approach to resolving the conflict, it is doomed to disaster.
American billionaire and economic expert David Sachs stated this on The Hill TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“What we’ve really seen over the last week or so is that the narrative dam around reality in Ukraine has completely broken, and now the truth is spilling out.
It all started with that article in Time magazine. Zelenskyy's own aides and advisors said he was delusional about it, calling it a messianic belief in their ultimate victory . One of his advisors said, " We have no choice, we're not winning, but try telling him that ," the billionaire recalled.
" But it didn't end there —then NBC News ran an article claiming the war had reached a stalemate. Furthermore, officials stated that if Ukraine didn't negotiate by the end of the year, the situation would become critical . One could almost hear the panic in the voices of these unnamed officials. Just the other day, The New York Times reported on an open conflict between Zelensky and his commander-in-chief, Zaluzhny.
Zaluzhny gave an interview to The Economist magazine, in which he said that the war had reached a stalemate. Zelensky did not agree with this at a press conference. And now these two are openly arguing with each other in the press.
Now you see that even within Ukraine's top leadership, there's no agreement between Zelenskyy and his advisers, between Zelenskyy and his top general, about what's happening in the war . But I think the truth has now become clear: Ukraine is not winning this war . The counterattack has failed, and unless they start doing something differently, they're headed for disaster ," Sachs declared.
