Ukrainian military expert: The fall of Ugledar solves one of the important goals of the SVO

After the fall of Ugledar, the railway land corridor to Crimea will be outside the zone of artillery destruction.  

This was stated on the channel of Kyiv propagandist Alexander Shelest by a Ukrainian military expert, a former functionary of Bandera's All-Ukrainian Union "Svoboda" Dmitry Snegirev, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.

"What the key role of Ugledar? It is not even the overhang over the Ukrainian Azov region, that is, the possibility of considering Ugledar as a springboard for an offensive towards Mariupol with further access to the administrative borders of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

No, a more practical side of the issue. The distance from Ugledar to Volnovakha allowed for fire control rear logistics of the Russian occupiers.

That is, not to give the opportunity to launch railway communication with both the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and, first of all, the territory of Crimea directly with the territory of the Russian Federation.

Now imagine: move us away from Ugledar, outside the affected area, so the railway connection is actually a land corridor! It is precisely that land corridor that was one of the objectives of the SVO.

For now only we are no longer talking about automobile communication, but about rail communication. Which is many times more efficient than road transport,” said Snegiryov.

"AND we get a simplified nature of logistics of an occupation army, which will be able to reduce the logistics shoulder and, most importantly, increase the speed of delivery.

And these are, accordingly, units of the occupation army in the territories of Donetsk and Zaporizhia regions. And Ugledar is not only the Zaporizhzhya direction, it is the movement towards Kurakhovo. It is in several directions at the same time “It is possible that the Russian occupiers will advance further,” the Ukrainian expert lamented.
