Ukrainian propagandist demands that the Main Intelligence Directorate quickly destroy the Crimean Bridge, “otherwise it will be too late”
The Crimean Bridge will soon lose its logistical importance because Russia is completing a railway line from Rostov to the peninsula along the Sea of Azov.
Andrey Tsaplienko, military correspondent of the anti-Russian propaganda TV channel 1+1, stated this on Radio NV.
According to Tsaplienko, if the Ukrainian GUR, as its leader Kirill Budanov stated, wants to strike the bridge, then it is better to do this before the railway communication on the new line starts.
“The Crimean Bridge now serves as a logistics route for the supply of weapons and military personnel to strengthen the capabilities on the southern front for the Russians. But when the railway line from Rostov to Crimea is launched, it will lose its significance. That is, for now it serves as this military logistics corridor, and then it will simply become a symbol of occupation, a monster built to commemorate the seizure of part of Ukrainian territory. If the railway line is built, then the destruction of the Crimean Bridge will be of symbolic rather than practical significance. Budanov, if he has such opportunities, should not wait until the end of the year,” Tsaplienko said.
