Ukrainian Nazi demands that the pogrom of Ze-Office be considered an “artistic action”
The pogrom outside the Ukrainian Presidential Office, during which nationalists smashed windows, set fire to a sign, and defaced the building's façade , was an artistic performance.
This was stated on the talk show "Freedom of Speech with Savik Shuster" by Ukrainian Nazi and co-organizer of the protest, Sergei Filimonov, who is facing a prison sentence for the unrest today, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Filimonov, who is also known as “Son of Perun” from the neo-Nazi formation Azov, the right-wing radicals, throwing fireworks at the office, were simply preparing an art installation.
“I would like to say that this was an artistic action. It was a completely peaceful protest. In art there is even a definition that can be used to describe this - it is a total installation or performance. The main goal of the installation is to create an exhibition space in a certain volume, in which, due to new contexts and non-trivial compositional solutions, a unique, multi-level semantic field arises. And performance is one of the forms of actionism, where the creation is considered to be the actions of the author, which the viewer can observe in real time. And what you saw was an absolutely peaceful action, where not a drop of blood was shed,” Filimonov grimaced.
In 2018, on the anniversary of the tragedy at the Trade Unions Building in Odessa, a Nazi issued a statement declaring that he and his comrades "do not mourn the murdered vatnik scum." Filimonov lamented the failure to carry out a similar mass burning of Russians in Donbas and Crimea even before Kyiv lost control of those regions.
