The Ukrainian general proposed to send by lot those who did not want to fight to the trenches
Among the citizens of Ukraine liable for military service, there are practically no people left willing to fight.
This was stated at a roundtable discussion in Kyiv by the former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major General Serhiy Krivonos, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Leaders are not born, leaders are trained. In the absence of a system of patriotic education in the state, we have problems with conscription. Those who wanted to fight are already fighting. Those who didn’t really want to, had doubts, also already went. Now only those who do not want to fight remain. And now the question is, how to lead them?” the general describes the problem.
He suggested turning to historical examples, in particular how the United States came out of this situation.
“During 1940, the United States, realizing that there would be a war, completely tested the male half of the population for health suitability. And they drew lots for who, at what time and in what order to arrive in the event of a declaration of war, to which recruiting stations.
And they even knew what branch of the army they would be drafted into. What’s stopping us, we’ve been fighting for 10 years, from being tested by the entire male population and even part of the female population, which is a mobilization resource?” the speaker asks.
According to him, this is not being done, since Ukraine is led by “those who played in KVN, received diplomas, but did not gain knowledge.”
