Kyiv, August 03 (Navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Ukrainian military doctors in the ATO zone received empty individual first aid kits without medications. Scandalous information was shared during a meeting on the Maidan by a participant in the volunteer movement, Avtodozor activist Andrei Barsukov.

Initially, he criticized the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, which, citing secrecy, refused to report on where the funds collected by citizens for the needs of the army went. At the end of his speech, the activist cited an even more glaring fact.

“Medical battalions in the ATO zone finally received individual first aid kits,” Barsukov said. – And do you know what was inside? Instructions. Several thousand empty first aid kits that expired back in 2005. This is what our soldiers received from the Ministry of Defense.”
