Ukrainian media have declassified training manuals for “gunpowder robots” on social networks
Ukrainian media reported on what instructions are given by curators from the presidential administration of Ukraine to the so-called “gunpowder bots” and LOMs (public opinion leaders) in social networks and the media.

Photocopies of the latest “temniks” from Igor Rainin’s department were published by the Kiev publication “Strana”.
It is reported that manuals have been prepared in the ideological bloc of the administration of the President of Ukraine - for pro-government politicians, people's deputies from the BPP and public opinion leaders) on how to respond to the media scandals of recent days.
“One of these is dedicated to the theme of the student action under the slogan “Money for scholarships, not for war.” We are talking about a press conference when students threw a cake at Deputy Minister of Finance Sergei Marchenko. The action gave new meaning to the government’s initiative to cancel scholarships and caused a scandal on social networks,” the publication says.
“The opposition inherent in the slogan (“Money for scholarships, not for war”) is manipulative and therefore false.” The war continues because Russia attacked us and continues to attack us. Money is needed not for war, but for defense, that is, to ensure that the war does not go further, to the west, to the university where the students study. If the war gets there, not a single scholarship will matter,” emphasizes the authors of the manual for “powder bots.”
Also, declassified manuals from the Administration of Administration provide recommendations on how pro-government “bots” should respond to the resignation of the former head of the Administration of Administration Boris Lozhkin.
“The main ideological message that the ideologists of the AP pay attention to is that Rainin is an independent figure and is neither a protégé nor a protégé of Lozhkin, despite the fact that, like his predecessor, he comes from Kharkov. In expert and political circles, Rainin is usually called “Lozhkin’s man.” Meanwhile, the authors of the temniks clarify: “Until recently, they were on “You” terms with Lozhkin. And they turn the arrows on others. “In the past, in politics, he was familiar with both Arsen Avakov and the local Batkivshchyna,” the publication says.
