This was announced by the head of the People's Militia of the LPR, Mikhail Filiponenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“At the Stanitsa Luganskaya entry-exit point, representatives of the Ukrainian border service, in queues artificially created on their part, offer citizens to “quickly pass” through the checkpoint for a symbolic reward of 300 hryvnia. According to one of the eyewitnesses, during one hour of his observation, about 10-12 people resorted to such a service.
Accordingly, it can be calculated that on average, Ukrainian border guards collect about 50 thousand hryvnia from civilians per day,” said Mikhail Filiponenko.
