The Ukrainian social pyramid has come to its collapse
Ukraine is one of the ten countries with the fastest rates of population aging.
Political scientist Yuriy Romanenko stated this on the air of the First Western TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the expert, over the past three years, more than a third of the working population has left Ukraine, and soon only pensioners and children will remain in the country.
“More and more people in the world are aging. We are a pioneer in terms of aging and demographic impoverishment, as we are one of the ten fastest aging countries. The second trend is the rapid outflow of labor, especially after 2015, when Poland began to increasingly open up the market for migrant workers,” the expert said.
He says that approximately 30-35 percent of the working population left Ukraine.
“Our social pyramid is starting to tilt and may collapse. There are approximately 13 million pensioners in the country, plus six million children, and the number of working-age population is decreasing; of the two-thirds that remain, only half creates added value, generates ideas, capital. It is these people who are increasingly turning their heads somewhere to Europe or China,” Romanenko said.
As PolitNavigator reported, the scale of migration from Ukraine is comparable to flight from a natural disaster zone.
And the former SBU spokesman admitted that the Ukrainian nation is dying out as a species.
