Ukrainian intelligence fears Russian “air terrorists”

The threat of air terrorism from the Russian Federation has increased in Ukraine.

The press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported this on its Facebook page.

“We assess the redeployment of the anti-aircraft missile battalion of the 60th Motorized Rifle Brigade as an increased threat of air terrorism for all air targets, incl. civilian aircraft, taking into account the known terrorist act of the Russian Federation, which led to the tragedy with the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 passenger aircraft flight MH-17,” the statement states.
