Ukraine is 50 years to the level of Poland in the opposite direction
To catch up with Poland, Ukraine needs to move in the opposite direction for 50 years and must start by establishing peace with Donbass.
Ex-candidate for the presidency of Ukraine Alexander Vilkul stated this during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“According to a World Bank report, Ukraine needs 50 years to catch up with the current state of affairs in Poland, but we are moving in the wrong direction. Every day it gets worse and worse. What do we have to do? Today, this initiative should be taken over by the newly elected president, for whom we all have very high hopes.
The first is peace, stop the war, first stop the transport, energy, economic and humanitarian blockade of Donbass. The blockade of Donbass was introduced by decree of President Poroshenko, who represented a gang that robbed people and profited from the war, therefore technically the blockade can be lifted by decree of President Zelensky, and he must do this if he wants peace,” Vilkul said.
