During the broadcast on the ZIK TV channel, the majority of Ukrainians expressed the opinion that the Kiev authorities are deliberately delaying the resolution of the Donbass issue, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I assert that there are no such problems as the shameful conditions of checkpoints. This is exclusively a matter of personal responsibility for the heads of military-civil administrations. And they tell us “semolina” that there is no authority - nonsense! There are both powers and means,” said Deputy Minister for “Occupied Territories” Georgiy Tuka at the end of the program.
