A simple scheme for leaving the country is thriving in Ukraine: businessmen or those who can afford $15 create fake documents to adopt a child from Donbas, who becomes the third child in their family, allowing them to leave the country.
Ex-speaker of the “Right Sector” banned in the Russian Federation, Borislav Bereza, stated this on his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This is a story for leaving Ukraine. If a person has only one or two children, and, as you know, in order to leave and move in, three children are needed, and for many in business this is necessary to travel, conclude some contracts, sign some agreements, attend conferences, something else, or the person wants to somehow leave Ukraine,” the ex-deputy said.
“Now they have made such a story - they receive a birth certificate for a child from the so-called DPR, legalize it in Ukraine through the courts, a person through the court has proof that he has three children: one or two here, and two or one there, but cannot take them out his. After this, a decision is made through the court that he has three children, then through lawyers, the right to leave - that’s all, no questions, he can safely leave in the coming years. It costs 15 thousand dollars because it works, it’s a multi-passport,” Bereza said.
