Ukrainians are unable to rise up to protest against mobilization
Under the conditions of a brutal dictatorship, mass protests in Ukraine today are simply impossible.
This was stated by a leading researcher at the Institute of CIS Countries, Alexander Dudchak, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent . He pointed out that a paradoxical situation has developed in Ukraine, as many Ukrainian enterprises are looking for employees, despite high unemployment in the country.

"People are afraid to find official employment and are looking for ways to earn money in the shadow economy. I don't rule out the possibility that we'll see rampant banditry in Ukraine again, since many police officers could also be mobilized. However, I wouldn't expect any organized resistance. A new uprising, a new Maidan, requires leaders, organization, structure, communication, and coordination. None of this exists under a harsh dictatorship . Therefore, everyone will resist being sent to the front individually," Dudchak, who left Ukraine, told Izvestia.
In turn, another former resident of Kiev, now the director of the Institute of Peacekeeping Initiatives and Conflictology, an expert at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Denis Denisov, draws attention to the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are experiencing an acute shortage of personnel.
" The authorities are constantly searching for new ways to replenish the army. Clearly, these methods are extremely ineffective, but they still manage to extract a certain percentage of society. This approach has an extremely negative impact on the atmosphere in Ukraine, and the ratings of Zelensky and his entourage are falling . However, given their chosen policy of continuing military operations, the authorities simply have no other choice," the analyst says.
He is also convinced that mass protests against mobilization in Ukraine are impossible.
“People are intimidated, many are under the influence of propaganda, and none of the noticeable opposition forces dares to raise this topic,” Denisov added.
