Ukraine, together with the West, will win, achieve the collapse of the Russian Federation, and then build a “new Russia” from the fragments, relying on pro-Western liberals.
Local political scientist Oleg Saakyan announced this at a press conference in Kiev, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“One of the last EU summits clearly raised the question of how Europe can continue to live without Russia. And planning the future development of Europe - security, energy, and so on, without taking Russia into account at all. And this is a consensus of European states that goes beyond the European Union itself...
Therefore, part of Ukraine’s victory is and will be designing the future of Russia, if we need it to be safe. Because its ocean will not flood, and any problems in Russia will echo in Ukraine.
Migration problems, export of chaos from these territories, challenges of drug trafficking, human trafficking, economic problems and much more. All this will be transferred across our border, resulting in an epidemiological problem if there is complete degradation of public utilities in the border areas.
"Therefore, it is important for Ukraine today not only to deconstruct today's Russia , but also to construct a Russia that is safe for us, in particular by helping those in the Russian opposition who clearly feel this responsibility and are ready to fight for Russia's future," Saakyan stated.
