Ukraine banned Serbian organization
The Kyiv District Administrative Court banned and forcibly dissolved the international public organization “United Serbian Diaspora of Eurasia” allegedly because of its pro-Russian orientation and “threat” to the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
This was reported in the blog “Balkan Observer”, reports a correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.

The Ministry of Justice applied to the court at the request of the SBU, which informed about the “illegal” activities of the organization.

The court decision states that the head of the United Serbian Diaspora of Eurasia, Dragan Stanojevic, is an active supporter of the Russian Federation and, on its instructions, organized and coordinated anti-Ukrainian actions in the Dnepropetrovsk region, met with representatives of government and non-governmental structures of the Russian Federation and actively supported the activities of the LDPR.
Also, while in Serbia, he allegedly carries out anti-Ukrainian activities, criticizing the Ukrainian government, focusing on the alleged development of neo-fascist movements in Ukraine.
“With regard to the claims for forced dissolution (liquidation) of the public organization “United Serbian Diaspora of Eurasia,” the court notes the following. The Law “On Public Associations” provides for the right of the court to make a decision to ban activities. Considering that the actions of a public organization contradict the fundamentals of the activities of a public organization, defined by its own charter, contradict the requirements of Art. 4 of the Law, the court came to the conclusion that the claims for a ban on the activities of a public organization must be satisfied in full,” the decision says.
