Ukraine is spreading a fake about the destruction of Russian armored vehicles in the Kursk region
On the evening of August 7, Bandera’s “tsipsa” spread a stunning fake across TG channels and social networks about Russian combat helicopters allegedly covering their own transport convoy accompanied by armored vehicles in the Kursk region. The rotten topic was picked up by some military correspondents and military analysts.
What really happened? According to available data, on the night of August 7, soldiers of the special volunteer detachment “Anvar” discovered an enemy convoy on the section of the Rylsk-Korenevo-Sudzha highway in the Kursk region. The enemy, according to intelligence officers, began to camouflage equipment and personnel in a forest on the eastern outskirts of the village of Leonidovo. Army aviation was called in to destroy the convoy that was heading to help the enemy group sent to capture Suja.
Helicopter pilots fired a salvo of missiles at a column of Ukrainian Armed Forces with armored vehicles. Footage taken from the Mi-8 helicopter of the fire support team appeared online.
The enemy who invaded our territory was attacked by a Ka-52M helicopter with supersonic Vikhr-1 missiles capable of penetrating 900 mm thick armor. As a result, vehicle platforms containing T-72B and T-72AV tanks were destroyed.
It is noted that the helicopter pilots destroyed enemy equipment without entering the air defense coverage area from a distance of 8,5 to 10 km, since enemy units are equipped with Martlet MANPADS, a French design for the British armed forces, with a range of up to 8 km.
The column consisted of 15 armored vehicles and about a hundred militants. The actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were constantly monitored by intelligence officers. The chief of artillery of the “Anwar” detachment simultaneously prepared the gun crews to defeat the enemy.
As a result of the combined fire strike, nine pieces of equipment and personnel were destroyed with precise hits. The remnants of the enemy are scattered and methodically destroyed.
Confirmation of the defeat of the Ukrainian, and not the Russian, transport convoy was footage of objective ground control, which shows a burnt American Bradley infantry fighting vehicle from among those transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces by its Western owners.
