Ukraine has become a burden for Trump
US President Donald Trump understands that the Ukrainian problem was created artificially and is now being imposed on him by Western elites as the legacy of Barack Obama.
Aleksey Pushkov, chairman of the temporary commission of the Federation Council on information policy and interaction with the media, stated this on the air of the Vesti FM radio station, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It seems to me that Trump is not interested in Ukraine, he is involved in it out of duty, at a minimum. He really doesn't understand why, because of Crimea, we shouldn't negotiate on a number of very important issues for the United States and American security. It seems to me that Trump considers the Ukrainian crisis to be largely artificial,” the senator believes.

Trump isn't much of an expert on history or international relations, but as a very experienced man, he senses many things, including the fact that Ukraine is being thrust upon him like a burden. "It's true that this whole situation has been going on since Obama's time. He (Trump – editor's note ) didn't create this whole situation around Ukraine, wasn't involved in it, and didn't want to drag Ukraine into NATO. But under Obama, the United States wanted it, and that's precisely why it launched the coup, and all of this began. And he's trying to push it away, but he can't push it away completely because the West has a unified position," Pushkov explained.
