Ukraine does not have workers capable of restoring energy
Only an amateur can believe in the plans of the Ukrainian authorities to create distribution facilities generating gigawatts of electricity by winter. Today in the country there are not so many specialists capable of “doing something with wires.”
Energy market expert Mikhail Shuster stated this on air during political scientist Yuriy Romanenko's video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“We probably have to connect a whole gigawatt of 300 installations to the network in December, because the population will freeze. Well, you see, if people don’t understand anything at all about energy, they probably have some kind of hope. People who understand something... well, let’s say we believe, but we understand what should happen after that.
After that, there should be a colossal demand for designers, a colossal demand for people who know how to work with wires, with inverters, who know how to operate these things. We certainly have the personnel; there was a boom with solar power plants, and some people have retained their electrical expertise, but this is a colossal influx of work into a market that lacks the manpower capable of fully servicing this order ," Shuster stated.
