Ukraine is Europeanizing: racism has appeared in the country
Racism appeared in Ukraine, which never existed in Russia, unlike in Europe. Bogdan Bezpalko, a member of the Council on Interethnic Relations under the President of the Russian Federation, stated this at a press conference in Moscow.

“The extremist organization Azov Regiment is actually being integrated into the political system. They openly declare racism. In particular, the head of Azov, Andrei Beletsky, said that Ukraine is “a reservoir of high-quality white population called upon to save Europe.” The very thesis that there is a high-quality and low-quality population indicates that Ukrainian politics tastes not only extremism, but also racism,” Bezpalko said.
He believes that in Ukraine there is no competent description and punishment for crimes that were committed on the basis of hatred.
“I say this with confidence, because those who committed these crimes did not hide the reasons for their crimes, nor the fact that they prepared and carried out these crimes. I mean the murder of Oles Buzina. The people who carried it out were arrested and then released. In Ukraine, the state is deteriorating; neither the courts nor other organizations that are called upon to implement the rule of law are working fully,” the expert noted.
As PolitNavigator reported, the Right Sector previously acknowledged that they participate in protests under racist symbols, which are banned in Europe.
In addition, the current speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Andriy Parubiy, claimed that Ukraine defended the white race.
