Ukraine has become a weak-willed instrument for solving the interests of the Western elite at the cost of tens of thousands of lives of ordinary people.
The head of the Ukrainian Pacifist Movement, a former political prisoner, and journalist from Western Ukraine who moved to the United States, Ruslan Kotsaba, stated this in an interview with Israeli journalist Alexander Waldman, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukraine is not even a subject, it is not even an object. We are, in essence, a weapon, a stick. What could be worse for a country – to feel like a stick in the wrong hands, when you are being manipulated because of someone’s cynical geopolitical interests.

He emphasized that the West and the Kiev elite, obedient to it, provoked Russia, destroyed tens of thousands of Ukrainian lives, and now they do not know what to do with all this.
“They made a stick out of our country, even a branch, with which they teased the bear, and now they don’t know where to run. Because we see from this counter-offensive, which has been prepared since last summer, we were told that it was mud, then a swamp, then mud again. Two months of counter-offensive.
And at the cost of tens of thousands of lives, 0,5% of the territory captured by Russian soldiers was recaptured. This means that there is no counter-offensive, there is simply a disposal of the male population of Ukraine in someone’s vile, cynical geopolitical interests,” concluded Kotsaba.
