“The threat to Ukraine has increased”: Tuka is frightened by Shoigu’s statement
Yesterday's statement by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu that the Americans are preparing a provocation using chemical weapons in Donbas could be used as a pretext for an offensive against Ukraine.
This was stated on the air of the internet channel "Apostrophe" by the former deputy minister for the "occupied" territories, the former head of the Luhansk region, Georgy Tuka, as reported by the correspondent of "PolitNavigator".

According to Tuki, after negotiations between the leaders of the United States and Russia, the threat to Ukraine did not decrease, but moved to a higher level.
“They are informationally preparing a pretext for an invasion, the so-called “casus belli.” There is nothing new in this for me. Nowadays, almost none of the people who are seriously engaged in analyzing political processes even remember that after the Putin-Biden meeting, relations somehow warmed up and the threat to Ukraine decreased. From my point of view, on the contrary, the threat is only getting worse,” the ex-official said.
“Because this ultimatum from Putin, which he put forward... If until this moment the conversation between the United States and Russia was around one country, where one country was involved - this is Ukraine, then after receiving such an ultimatum from Putin, it all goes to the global level,” - Tuka stated.
