The murder of Sheremet may be connected with the scandal surrounding the oligarch Grigorishin

An information war has unfolded in recent days against the publication Ukrainska Pravda, where murdered journalist Pavel Sheremet worked.

This was stated on TV channel 112 by the famous Ukrainian journalist Igor Guzhva, the ex-head of the Vesti holding, in which Sheremet also worked.

“Just as a person who observes the situation around Ukrayinska Pravda, I can note offhand that there has been very strong tension around the publication in recent days on social networks and in the information space. There were several strong allegations against Sergei Leshchenko, against the editor-in-chief Sevgil Musaeva, about their alleged connections with the oligarch Konstantin Grigorishin. It was a deeply layered social media campaign. It is still difficult to say how much this is connected with the murder of Pavel, but this is a fact, a signal that we can look in this direction,” Guzhva noted.
