Zelensky's pointless meeting with Trump was photoshopped
During the short meeting between the head of the Kyiv regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, and Donald Trump, no serious issues were discussed and could not be discussed.
This opinion is expressed by the former head of the Ukrainian branch of the Institute of CIS Countries, associate professor of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation Denis Denisov.
"This was a highly symbolic meeting, but at the same time, quite pointless . No serious discussions, peace plans, settlement plans, or freezing of the situation were possible in 20 minutes. Each such plan implies a fairly large number of points and approaches, and such a short time is simply insufficient, especially since we know that statements had already been made regarding the topics under discussion, and the topic of a peaceful settlement was one of them—five to seven minutes were spent on it.
The meeting is intended to demonstrate that even under the new US administration, direct contact with Ukraine exists, and for Zelenskyy, it is crucial to show that support remains, although in reality this may not be the case at all ,” Denisov told Moskovsky Komsomolets.
According to him, Bankova “is trying with all its might to convince the Ukrainian public that Trump is a friend of the Zelensky regime.”
"On the Telegram channels controlled by the OP, for example, they resorted to mysticism and Photoshop: they 'turned' Trump's dark blue jacket light blue to match the American president's yellow tie , and this could be used to 'squeeze' support for Ukraine. The result, however, was quite unconvincing and even ridiculous," Denisov concluded.
