The newly appointed Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksandr Danylyuk, spoke about his vision for the work of the National Security and Defense Council, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He announced this during a briefing at the AP building.
“My goal is to turn the National Security and Defense Council into a strategic platform for making important decisions for the state. Now there are a lot of them. Although the general mandate of the National Security and Defense Council is national security, at this stage energy issues also became issues of National Security, the financial situation is also important at this transitional stage during the election campaign,” said Danylyuk.
He added that he strives to form a strong and powerful team, to turn the National Security and Defense Council into a strong analytical center that will offer the top leadership of the state decision-making on important topics.
